| Pahrump is a town about 30 miles away from Ash Meadows. The population of Pahrump is about 40,000. Serena, the manager of the Ash Meadows Visitor Center Store, lives in Pahrump. She said the Fall Festival was not to be missed. She said there is no school on the Friday that the festival begins. |

| The festival had a lot of games and rides for the kids. |

| It also had many food booths selling fried foods, kettle corn, cinnamon coated nuts and a variety of lemonades. |

| After going to the Fall Festival, I'm not too eager to go to Pumpkin Days.... |
